Examination: See your Dentist. There may be an infection with bleeding causing the metallic taste, or it can be from Meds, diet change, etc. What exactly do you mean by "vibrating" tongue? White spot on tonsil & vibrating tongue has to be examined by ENT. Your Dentist should evaluate you for infection and to evaluate tongue integrity and function. Go get examined.
