Self limited: Most cases of acute diarrhea are self limited and it should resolve in a few days. Make sure to hydrate well. Consder a diet with bananas, rice, applesauce and toast for the next few days as well. You may have either a bacterial or viral infection. Less common are parasitic infections but they do occur.

Normal with preg: This is quite normal especially as your child grows. Diarrhea is common during pregnancy due to the shifting hormone levels and your child pressing down on the intestine. This prevents larger stools from forming and more liquid consistent stools to pass through your system. The diarrhea will likely be episodic in nature and the frequency might increase as you approach your delivery date.
