Not Ca: Loose BM due to inflammation of bowel, When caused by tumor it progresses as lesion in sigmoid blocks more of bowel. Rt. sided lesions don't cause loose BM. If flex sigmoid scoping neg. there is no bowel lesion causing problem. Best to wait until completion of term if pregnancy present. If symptoms persist colonoscopy then performed.
