My throat is soar/constricted below my adams apple when i swallow. i am on prednisone for two weeks now. this is for chrohns. is this anxiousness?

Dysphagia: This is called dysphagia or pain on swallowing, it is hard to know the cause without proper evaluation. It can be anything from a motility disorder to an allergic reaction to a fungal infection to anxiety to reflux esophagitis /ulcer to a tumor.
