A little high: but you have to interpret this value with others. It may be your 1 year old (also a slight difference for boys and girls) has an anemia. You should discuss with your pediatrician as s/he will have the other important lab results as well. S/he may want to check folate (folic acid) levels or other tests if not already done. Most likely at this age it's related to your child's diet. Please discuss with her/him.
