RHINITIS : It is better to treat the underlying cause. First step is to tighten up the home environment: dust mite barrier covers and pillows. HEPA FILTER remove carpet /get air ducts cleaned . Next nasal irrigation , I recommend NEILMED. If symptoms persist ZYRTEC/CLARITIN/ALLEGRA. In addition Flonase can be helpful . If symptoms persist allergy testing and immunotherapy may help .
