Ask UR MD!: I know little about this disease. I know that if caught in time and treated properly can be cured although nobody knows what causes it. Once you have aneurysm on the coronary artery (even two of them )that changes the picture and prognosis. Please consult your pediatric cardiologist who is in the best position to answer your question.

May regress: Aneurysms may regress but leave behind a stenotic (narrowed) coronary artery. He needs close follow up with pediatric cardiologist.
