Every baby has different severity of symptoms and responds differently to treatments.The baby’s Cardiologist is the appropriate Doc to answer your questions.With that said, the heart and arteries that are dilated don’t go back to the normal size, but the interest is to treat the symptoms whenever they appear. There are many medicines and even surgeries to use when the time comes..Ask your Doctor

There are treatments for KD related cardiac disease. Please locate a Kawasaki specialist and Pediatric Cardiologist for close follow up and treatment. Watch for poor feeding, sweating, poor growth and trouble breathing.
