No but be cautious : In medicine there is a saying that say, "common things are common". Little 10 month olds with history of kawasaki can get a regular cold/flu/stomach bug just like any other 10 year-old. Just discuss with you doctor what signs and symptoms to look for and if there is any prophylactic measures to take. Good luck.
