Walking fast paced i: Walking is a good exercise but it takes more time. You must walk for 30-45 minutes and do it at fast pace and daily. Most important way to lose weight it to cut on your food intake. This is more effective than exercise alone. You should also avoid or reduce intake of foods rich in calories and fat. Sugar is no good..So avoid sweets and sugary drinks..Use water instead. Dairy also has much fat.
