I can help!: If your mother is menopausal (defined as no bleeding for 12 months), which you say occurred 20 years ago, and she is now bleeding, then she must be see by an ob/gyn. This evaluation should include an exam, an endometrial biopsy and an utrasound. The goal is to evaluate for uterine cancer.
