A member asked:

I've just started doing exercise and i get cramps and pain while doing exercising. i have low hb and vitamin d deficiency. is that to blame?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Diagnose the problem: You need a doctor to diagnose the cause of low vitamin D and Hb. Nutritional deficiencies are possible but intestinal malabsorption or losses need to be considered before you continue with an exercise routine. Low calcium and other deficiencies could be causing muscle cramping.
