No worries. Deficiency of vitamin D (or any other vitamin) does not change the effectiveness of any COVID vaccine.

Take the vaccine. If you took vitamin D as prescribed, you are not deficient any more. For ongoing issue, take 2000 units of vitamin D3 daily. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.
