Diet: Choose a healthy diet and try to live a way that positively handles stressors in your life. diet should include all food groups in moderation, variety and balance. Have fruits, vegetables, beans, legumes, whole grains, meat, chicken, fish, nuts and healthy fats from olive oil, avocado and polyunsaturated oils. Minimize your saturated fats. Don't forget dairy in your diet as well. Good health
