Reverse the LVH: In order to reverse left ventricular hypertrophy you have to correct what caused it. High blood pressure and vascular heart disease like aortic stenosis or mitral regurgitation are common causes. Sometimes it occurs in young athlete's or from hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. Your cardiologist can determine the cause in your case and suggests methods to reverse it, if any.

Cardiac issue: If you have a cardiologist - you can explore the cause. From there, a treatment plan can be developed to see if the left ventricular hypertrophy can be specifically addressed.
