Probably not: If your pubertal development is on target, it is unlikely to grow more than an inch.

Maybe: Your information provides little to go on but enough to provide some info. Most girls stop growing taller at 16-17 with closure of the epiphyseal lines. They commonly add 5-7.5 cm after their first menses, which you did not mention. Your desire for 4-5 cm more may be possible if your growth centers are still open.
