I have the feeling of a sinus infection that comes and goes . the pressure in my cheeks and forehead, headaches. but then it goes away. could this just be my sinuses acting up or should i get medicine for a sinus infection?

Sinusitis: Sinus infections usually produce more symptoms than you are describing, and they can be due to many underlying factors. See an ENT doctor to try and clear this problem, both in terms of finding out what is causing this and then treating it. Best wishes.
