I stop taking all medications for lupus i am now only on vitamins an supplements what vitamins would be best?

Lupus: Sle is a very serious condition that can cause organ failure and death. Understand possible aversion to medication but serious repercussions to stoping tx. Multivitamin ok but discuss treatment with physician.
