Salivary duct: You have saliva glands in the floor of your mouth underneath your tongue. They can get clogged and or get infected. Another possibility is a Renula which is a fluid filled cyst that is benign. I would have this checked by your dentist or physician to determine what is present.

Possible Ranula: A ranula presents as a fluid filled bubble on the floor of the mouth under the tongue. It is caused by a blocked salivary gland. The saliva can't get out so it backs up and creates a bubble. Small ranulas can often resolve on their own. Larger ones (shown here) may require surgical removal. Have an evaluation done by your dentist to make sure of this possible diagnosis and to treat if indicated.
