If: I were able to clinically see what you were talking about, i could probably tell you exactly what they were. However, since i can't, i can't. No way to know if it's normal or not. The tongue bumps could be taste buds and the cheek bumps, minor salivary glands. Seeing a dentist in person will give you an accurate answer to your question.

See a dentist: You need to see a dentist for a proper diagnosis. It could be a number of things ranging from irritation from eating something different than usual or something more serious such as cancer. Don't delay your peace of mind will be worth the time and cost.
