I've been preacribed Lansop Unicorn 30 for Gastritis a week ago. But my symptoms still stay the same and I am feelig unwell.Burning sensation in upper abdomen, nausea, back ache. Feeling bloated and uncomfortable. Loss of apetite.

Had endoscopy 6 weeks ago, All came back benign but stated I did have gastritis. But I didnt think to ask what caused this. Better but still have some nausea stomach pain, I looked up what Causes nothing applies to Me . Could gallbladder caused this?
