Treatment Failure: You need to get back to the doctor. Three years is a very long time to go without further testing, examination and evaluation.

5 months upper-mid abd. pain/18 pound weight loss. Upper GI, US, 2 CTs, 1 MRI. UGI found gastritis, HP neg. No help from PPIs. Gallbladder ok. CTs/MRI followed spleen lesions, thought now to be Sarcoid. Could Sarcoid cause other pain? (Lungs ok.)
