Hemorrhoid?: Most likely have hemorrhoids. It is hard to clean the anal area after having a BM with hemorrhoids that can cause itching and irritation. Hemorrhoids can bleed and throb. Use baby wipes to clean and try over the counter hemorrhoid cream. May need to see your doctor or ER if pain worsens. You can get a blood clot in a hemorrhoid which may need to be removed. Steroid cream can reduce the pain.
