Tension vs Migraine: I need more data but this might be a migraine. I would be suspect of a migraine if you have family history of migraines, headaches are cyclical, they last a 6-48 hours, you have nausea and vomiting. They get better if you are in a dark room without a lot of noise. Or this is just a simple tension headache which occurs maybe 1-2 times a month? Try Tylenol (acetaminophen) if not better or cyclical see doctor.
