This might be a good question to clarify with the provider doing the injection. I try to reseve sick days off from work, for in case you need to recuperate after surgery.

Symptoms: It is all based on current symptoms and function...Pain and ability to walk, and perform job functions. If you have no or minimal pain and can do your job, then you should return to work. Check with your treating md.
