If i can't do the endosee advance in office for whatever reason.i would like to do an epidural for hysteroscopy in hospital if the gynecologist will do it (on a waitlist).just curious, would i beable to move my legs just feel numb in my cervix/uterus?

A low dose epidural block can be used and you can move your legs during the procedure.
