I take 30mg oxynorm a day,due to stress and some depression i also now take 20mg seroxat. could the interaction of these meds cause extreme fatigue?

Yes: It depends on how you define extreme fatigue ... But, while they don't interact chemically, both oxycodone and paroxetine can induce lethargy and fatigue. I'd suggest taking the paroxetine at night to see if this decreases the fatigue. If not, talk to your doctor about what might best work for you. Feel better & good luck!

MEDICATION: Best to discuss medication with your Psychiatrist. If uncomfortable with your Dr. consult another for a second opinion. Have a physical exam by a Dr. to determine if you have a physical illness. Consult with a Clinical Psychologist for psychotherapy with ZOOM sessions.
