Labyrinthitis?: It is possible that the structures in the middle ear which allow you to have a sense of position are inflamed. You should see an ENT doctor and be evaluated and treated appropriately. This can definitely be due to viral infection, but other things are possible. Good luck and best wishes for rapid improvement.
