i had mono went back to the doctor and she didn't see a virus anymore.i still feel dizzy with hearing loss could this be a sinus infection from mono?

Dizzy, hearing loss: Those issues may be somewhat unrelated to mononucleosis. If you had upper respiratory symptoms with the mono, then may be related. I would suggest seeing an otolaryngologist at this point to sort things our further, get a good head/neck exam, and possibly hearing testing.

See an ENT doctor: And possibly a neurologist. There has to be a reason for these symptoms and this should be diagnosed effectively by experts in this area.
