No: Mouth breathing and snoring are usually not normal except during stuffy nose illnesses, such as colds. So, one's doctor gets to recheck and figure out why the symptoms. If there is not enough space for air flow, regardless of whether or not the tonsils and adenoids have been partly or fully removed, a person might still make breathing noises. The question is, how much space is there now?
