Too high: You must ask the right question or the answer you get doesnt make sense. Perhaps it should be "what do I do to be as healthy as possible, and what will the pay off be. The answer is to lose weight, exercise and eat a wide variety f veggies adn fruit with at least 100 grams of protein daily and minimal satureated fat. The pay off is your chance of diabeteies is about "0" and the payoff continue
