Time for a biopsy: This needs to be biopsies. You have not stated if this was done. I am not sure what test but need to see an ENT for eval and removal. If this has not been considered it should be One other thing is make sure the rest of your body is ok by a good physical as this could be related to a more serious problem Get a good physical from your doc

Neck mass: The only definitive diagnosis of any mass is to have it biopsied. There are lymph chains in your neck area, so depending on where it is, it may be simply a benign lymphadenopathy, but again, as stated, the only definitive diagnosis is made by biopsy. An ENT Doctor would be able to perform a therapeutic and diagnostic excisional biopsy of the area if warranted after an examination. Best wishes.
