Varies.: Like a lot of other drugs, 1 may be good for one person, another for another. Quite frankly, I would say that either one may work, it depends on what works for you. Lexapro (escitalopram) is a newer drug than Paso, but comma I do not feel that it is superior. They're both not difficult to discontinue, you have to taper off each one over about 2 weeks to a month.
