Heel pain: Heel pain can be common, and often activated by inadequate arch support or improper shoe wear. People whose jobs have them on their feet all the time, are at more risk for heel pain too. Posible causes can be variant of plantars fasciitis, tendonitis, or a heel spur. Try nsaids and rest to start, if persisits, see a dr. For an evaluation and possible testing. Good luck.
