A shile: Sometimes they still take months to improve even after surgery. Stretch as recommended, nsaids, silicone heel cups in your shoes can also help.

This is not : Unusual for the surgery that you had. I am not sure if you are walking on it or using crutches. Ice will be your friend, antiinflammatories and pain killers. If the pain is severe the doctor could possibly give you a cortisone shot. You need to express to your surgeon the degree of pain you are in.
