Lips have been puffy for 2-3 days thought it was from amoxicillin but stopped it 3 days ago what could it be ?

Allergic reaction: is still a strong possibility. It may take several days for swelling from an allergic reaction to subside. Talk to your doctor about this. They may want you to to take Benadryl (diphenhydramine) or possibly a stronger antihistamine if they believe this is an allergic reaction. Angioedema is another possible cause for swollen lips which may or may not be caused by an allergy. Your doctor can help guild you.
