I have problems with zoning out. Short attention span. Easily distracted. Sometimes getting up muptiple during a small period of time helps me. focus.
I keep "zoning out" if that's even the right term for it. I have no idea why and it's like I get numb all over and I can't move, I can't talk, and I just stare into the distance, I also can't hear anything else and my brain goes into a severe fog?
What can I do to help me foucus or stay focus.. Other find me like going into a zoning fase then i come back to paying attention i just zone of?
