I keep "zoning out" if that's even the right term for it. i have no idea why and it's like i get numb all over and i can't move, i can't talk, and i just stare into the distance, i also can't hear anything else and my brain goes into a severe fog?

This is not normal and will require a visit to your primary care physician . Even consider not driving , till evaluated .

This could represent complex partial seizure activity, emotional fugue state, migraine equivalent as potential mechanisms. Would see neurologist and get EEG study. Not safe to drive, use power equipment or activities at heights
