OCD and Exposure Tx: I'm not sure where you are searching, but just doing a quick google image search for hemorrhoids brings up a lot of fairly graphic photos. Exposure / response prevention therapy is most effective when working with a therapist who guides you through it and tailors the treatment to your particular situation. I would not recommend a "do it yourself" approach.
