Kidney cyst: is a common incidental finding, usually of no clinical concern. Cyst next to esophagus not very common, if they are sure it is just a cyst it may simply be a congenital duplication cyst or other benign cyst, also probably of no significance. However, it may be worthwhile to ask your doctor about the cyst alongside the esophagus just to be sure.
