Multiple kidney cyst: This condition is genetically present. I would treat infections if present, eat a healthy diet, and stay hydrated. I would avoid surgery unless an emergency. Follow up with a kidney specialist is recommended.

Kidney cysts: Caveat: is there a family history of polycystic kidney disease? This can be associated with brain aneurysms and might be prudent to screen for such. Ask your doctor
