See pediatrician: It could be that she is just having a bowel movement when she is urinating and you are seeing the fecal matter with the urine. It is best to have her see the pediatrician as soon as possible to make sure that there are no problems. It is rare but in some cases there can be an abnormal connection between the bowel and bladder. This is very serious please have her see as soon as possible.
