Normal: It would be normal for a 3 month old to have anywhere from one to ten bowel movements a day. As long as she is going at least once a day, there is likely no cause for concern. 10-15 wet diapers indicates she is well hydrated (having at least 6 wet diapers a day is good).

Considerable variatn: A breast fed kid may poo a small smear every feed or a cradle full once a week and still be within the normal range. Formula babies tend to poo no less than daily, and all tend to slow some if you begin adding cereals or other foods. Voiding at least every 4 hours assures good hydration.
