Pediatric urology: This is probably a urinary track infection which is a bit unusual. There also could also be a vaginal fungal infection. The child needs an exam soonest by a pediatrician. Hopefully, there is no sign of sexual molestation. Emphasize oral fluids (water), cut out high sugar foods.
