Friday and today i notice when i wipe there is blood.i only have my period when i'm on bc .my prolactin came back high.can i be having a light period?

Yes. : When Prolactin level is high one does not get period. Unless you are lactating and Breast feeding Prolactin level should not be high. So please talk to your doctor regarding this and follow his/ her advise. BCP is one way to have period.
