I've low blood count, i miss my period 25 days ago i do 3 pregnancy test 7 days ago and it's all turn out negative, i'm bloated having cramps, lower back pain, headache,& vomiting, sometime when i eat,so cause i be pregnant are it's something else?

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It is unlikely that you are pregnant with three negative pregnancy tests, It would be prudent to see a doctor. Wish you good health!
