Azithromycin: Cannot diagnose you definitively over the telephone, but it does not sound as if you have anything that requires treatment with an antibiotic. You do not have a fever (99F is quite normal depending on the time of day) and if you actually have influenza or a flu-like illness this is viral and antibiotics will do nothing but create the risk of complications.
