Need to be seen: You would need to be seen. Swelling in hands and feet at your age is never normal.

You may be allergic: and at any rate Azithromycin is NOT NEEDED or helpful for flu. If you are still taking it, stop. Consider Benadryl if needed for itching and swelling. Good luck.
