Hi,i had flu with a bad cough the flu is gone but now i am experiencing alot of cramps on the sides of my middle and stomach area also with constant fever,coughing still there,what can be the cause?

Infection: Stomach flu and Pneumonia needs to be ruled out. Go to and Urgent care center if you can not get a hold of your doctor by phone.
