No: This was the result of just one more bad study. People have been taking fish oils for their supposed benefit against atherosclerosis. This was a major disappointment, but the supposed link with prostate cancer looks like an artifact to me. Epidemiology generates huge amounts of correlations but with no scientific basis, I'd simply ignore it.
